LEX247 was founded by Magnus Moström who was working as a lawyer in one of the larger law firms in Sweden, and Daniel Halan – a skilled IT architect and senior advisor for Microsoft. The lawyer experience in combination with world class tech execution has made LEX247 loved by lawyers all over the world.

LEXNordics is a part of Karnov group, selling LEX247 in the Nordics.

Until LEX247, there has been no market operator able to offer multiple integrations to accounting systems and a completely cloud-based solution for all core functions
